Jessica Dragonette, a radio singer, was born 14 February circa 1909 in Calcutta, India. She began her professional career on the stage in Max Reinhardt's production of THE MIRACLE in 1924. After a few other stage appearances, she began her radio career in 1926 as Vivian in THE COCA-COLA GIRL, radio's first original singing-acting serial. She sang on THE PHILCO HOUR from 1927 to 1930 and on THE CITIES SERVICE CONCERT series from 1930 to 1937. Listeners voted her Radio Que...
